First of all, what you want to do is to create a template with
the header containing your logo and heading. This information is
found under templates.
Secondly, you did not say whether you wanted this heading on all
pages of a letter or just the first page. If it is on all pages, then
a single page style will work. If the second and later pages do not
contain this heading, you will need two page styles.
