I JUST PURCHASED YOUR NEW OPEN OFFICE AND I FIND IT EXTREMELY PEOPLE UNFRIENDLY, I, AM, AN IDIOT ABOUT PRODUCTIVITY SOFTWARE, BUT, AT LEAST, I KNOW HOW TO CREATE DOCUMENTS WITH MICROSOFT, THEY SHOW PICTURES TO DIRECT YOU TO WHAT YOU NEED AND AXPLAIN HOW TO DO IT. I FIND NONE OF THIS IN YOUR PROGRAM. NOT EVEN OPTIONS ON HOW TO GET THERE, DID I GET THE RIGHT PROGRAM? IF SO, I AM THE WRONG USER, CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK? RESPECTFULLY YOURS ELIO M. If you purchased OpenOffice then you will need to go back to the people that you purchase it from. Those people are not found on this list. OpenOffice is available free of charge from www.openoffice.org. I'm unsure what you actually paid for, but in any event go back to the people that you paid the money to.
