Trying to install OpenOffice 2.2 CD & Extras CD on Windows XP gives an ERROR. I am getting the following:
"The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete. This could be a result of a damaged disk, failed download or a virus You may want to contact the author of the installer to obtain a new copy. It may be possible to skip this check using the /NCRC command line switch (NOT RECOMMENDED)." I downloaded the CD ISO a second time, but the error is the same. Even trying to install it from the directory on the disk, the error remains the same. Even burning another disk does not help. (My writer don't burn faulty disks, that I know.) When I downloaded the separate file of OpenOffice 2.2, it worked fine, but I would love to have the CD version. Gilliam
