Mr. Lewis: I followed your instruction below. But when I send an email by
clicking "email as Microsoft word," I got a screen display that says "Open
Office.org was unable to find a working e-mail configuration. How can I
resolve this issue? I want my recipient to receive my document already in a
Microsoft Word format. Thanks

If you are emailing the documents, make sure you do this:
File > Send > As Microsoft Word. This opens your email client, and
attaches the document in .doc format in a new message. Add the email
address, subject, any message, and click the Send button. This
attachment is in the format used by MS Word 97, 2000, and XP.
