Hi Glenna
When you look at the page of standard paper, can you work out where the
printing is going? It looks as though it is "missing" the area of the
envelope. I have found that the little icons in the "Insert Envelope"
dialogue are difficult to interpret and unreliable.
There is a how-to at
http://documentation.openoffice.org/HOW_TO/index.html which may help
otherwise "Format" your envelope so that the settings work on your system.
