Given that the list moderator allows unsubscribed posts/msgs, I've
always maintained that it should be up to the list moderator to mark
unsubscribed posts accordingly (i.e., [moderated]). It is silly to
expect everyone on this list (or reading/posting via gmane) to check
message headers, or create message filters for unsubscribed posts.
