Suggestion for a FAQ, under "Free?" If it's free, than why am I seeing it sold at http://www.example.com So long as you follow the license (located http://www.openoffice.org/licenses/lgpl_license.html) in full, it is perfectly acceptable for a site to sell OpenOffice in either download form or on hard media (DVD or CD). Nothing within the Lesser GPL forbids a person from selling the product or even modifying it so long as all changes are published without restriction on the end user. But look at it this way: now that you've found this site, you know that the product is free, so you can choose whether to download it here at no cost or at another site for a fee. Choose wisely, young Padawan. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
