I know I was asking about lock-down functionality.  This may have been 
confusing with what's in OOo, which is lockdown functionality.  Perhaps you can 
explain this?  When I run configure --help, there is the following option:

  --enable-lockdown       Enables the gconf integration work in OOo

Are there any resources available regarding the lockdown functionality in 
OpenOffice.org?
