With the breadth of software/methods patents owned by SUN, IBM, HP and other big competitors of Microsoft, I wouldn't be surprised if MOST of Microsoft's operating systems and office products also infringe on other's patents. The whole software parent is a mess and Microsoft, user's of MS windows and MS office are probably not off the hook.
