Hi Ron
It looks as though you tried to attach a copy of the file, but
attachments are stripped off by the mail server. Can you post it to a
website somewhere so that others may try to open it?
If you are sufficiently concerned you can post a bug report at
http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/pre_submission.html
To do this you will have to register on the OOo website
