To Jonathon,et al: That is the main reason I dropped Linux, no voice
dictation worth mentioning. In fact the only program I could find was
the original Via Voice for Linux, but could NOT find the actual
software, as IBM has abandoned it totally! :-(

FWIW, there are programs that do voice input/voice
recognition for Linux. They just aren't very good.
