Word 2 is ancient. Is anyone still using it?
I am editing Sci-Fi stories for two on-line writers. Both of them are
using it. Since neither is currently employed, and one is in college,
upgrading is out of the question. I have asked them to look at OOo, but
they don't have the bandwidth to download it.

Burn a copy onto a CD for them if they are local. Internet cafe or
school is another option to get a copy. Mail them a CD.
There are always ways to get them the software.
