Then click that icon. What happens is that Window's Explorer
opens and lists the files contained in the folder represented by this
icon. Near the bottom of this list of files you should find two
files: a setup guide, and setup.exe. First read the setup guide
(double clicking it should open it in another window). Then double
click on the setup.exe file and follow the instructions of the setup
guide as you install the program.
