I wanted to express my thanks for your time and help. I did try this, but could not get it to work and looked up to see what I could find in the guides. The one for doing formulas did not have any thing in it, that may be why I can not get it to work, because I do not know how to do a formula Thanks again and have a great day. Rennsda
