We are a group of users (with some developers) and are all volunteers. We form a community and help eachother out. I don't think there is much that can be done to get your money back other than by going back to the place where you purchased it. It always worth taking a few minutes to investigate when you are buying some software. There is a lot of stuff that is free, in all the senses of the term. In many cases it is as good as or better than the commercial versions. Please remember who you are talking to here and adjust your tone accordingly.
