I have a problem accessing the following icons on my menu: edit file
page preview
cut
paste
copy
can't restore arror
The icons are visible but pale grey & not accessible
Contacted microsoft, but was informed to contact your company, as my microsoft
word is actually an Open Office Writer
Please respond as soon as able
