Hi Paul,
For OpenOffice.org you can use the GB dictionary which comes with
OpenOffice.org.
For Outlook Express visit www.dictionary.JustLocal.com.au and select "10
Outlook Express Australian spell checker".
Even though this item states Australian spell checker, you should also
find it to be suitable for the UK.
