Hello again. I posed the following question to this mailing list but didn't
receive a reply. That's ok, because I figured out the answer. Here's my blog
post where I raised the same issue from this question:
http://compiler-error.blogspot.com/2007/06/form-design-in-openoffice.html
And here's my follow-up post where I found the answer:
http://compiler-error.blogspot.com/2007/06/openoffice-xforms-and-bindings.html

Very cool. Also, does anyone know where the heck all the XForms users/support
is out there? There doesn't seem to be much info or community around OO's XML
Forms.
