It sounds like you have downloaded and somehow extracted the installer
package, but you have not yet run the installer program. Find the file
named "setup.exe" (it may appear as just "setup") in the "My Documents"
folder and double click on it to start the install process.

After the installation is complete, you can safely delete these 9 files
from the "My Documents" folder:
        setup.ini
        openofficeorg22.msi
        instmsia.exe
        instmsiw.exe
        setup.exe
        openofficeorg1.cab
        openofficeorg2.cab
        openofficeorg3.cab
        openofficeorg4.cab
Plus these folders:
        $PLUGINSDIR
        licenses
        readmes
And if this folder exists:
        java
