Hi,
I have a portable version of Ooo (version 2.1) and would like to upgrade to
2.2. How can I do that?
Normally I download a zip-file, decompress it to my portable HDrive and
start to work. But v 2.2 of Ooo comes with a installer who ask wether I want
a c-drive or a network installation. Can somebody explain me how to, or send
me a link where I can discuss or find a answer.

You seem to be able to download 2.2 portable from
https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=133951
However, it's pre-release and for Windows, either or both of which may
not be to your taste. You can download the source from the same site.
As far as I know, the portable version is developed by different people
from the "normal" version. I don't think you can install the normal
version 100% on a removable drive because its installer puts some files
on the hard disk regardless of any options you choose. I stand to be
corrected ...
