I notice actually several of those links are to my own posts! Others are to online services, which are really only useful if you are doubtful about a word, they won't spellcheck a document. However there is one which I certainly did not find when I started on this process a year or more ago, and may well be new. Not "free' in either sense and presumably US based. http://www.inductel.com/med_speller.html For my needs, my own list is working quite well, and I anticipate not needing it seriously in about a years' time, so I don't think I'll bother with Inductel's offering, but good to see something is developing.
