Hi, I purchased the on-line down load of OpenOffice and installed it successfully with a Windows Vista operating system. I had subsequent problems with Vista and during a session with their HELP Technician had to reinstall the Vista upgrade. Although I attempted to back up all files, it appears that the OpenOffice system files were not captured in the back-up.
Long story short, I can't run OpenOffice any more. Can you help? -- Ron Epp 248-212-4594
