There is indication that it was originally exported as a pdf file from OOo (OpenOffice.org) version 2.1 and the file extension has been manually changed from ".pdf" to ".odp". You can confirm this yourself by changing the extension back to ".pdf" and viewing the file in any pdf reader. I am sorry to inform you that unless you have the "real" odp file you will have to recreate the presentation again.
