Rob my issue is once i downlaoded my emails I still cant open them
I am not that computer smart but i thought that once i did download i
was able to open them.

I'm not sure which version of OpenOffice.org you are using, but the
chart module has been recently improved. If you are not using version
2.2, you might want to consider upgrading.
