Hi Marco,
Congratulations for your excellent explanation!
However, when you say "Reply" you really mean "Reply to the list" or
"Reply to the group" ('L' or 'g' keys on my (console) Mutt) unless I'm
misunderstanding something [and whatever the difference between 'group'
and 'list' might mean, according to Mutt] ... ;)
