[users] Problem with SDK download file for Win32

Hello. I had a following problem. I tried to load a file
OOo-SDK_2.2.0_Win32Intel_install.exe from different servers presented on
page http://download.openoffice.org/2.2.0/sdk.html. When I started it a file
always the error The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or
incomplete.... stood out. Probably there is what that problems and the file
should be rewritten on servers?
