I have a black border 4px set horizontally across a number of rows. I have a
white border 4px set vertically across columns. Basically a cross with a black
horizontal line and a white vertical line.
Is there any way to tell Calc to draw the black border on top of the white
border? As best I can tell, the vertical borders always take precedence.
