Please try turning off the CA security suite on one of the systems and then
seeing if the problem goes away on that system. Is there some way of telling
CA that "this program is OK". I've never used CA but I used to use ZoneAlarm
which definitely had that facility. After installing a new program ZA would
pop up and ask if the new software was alright to use, to access the
internet and various other things. Just a thought.
