Give Me a Break! Microsoft is not going to sue individuals. They 
might consider a large business that they see as a threat to their 
market share. Microsoft will consider any law suit very carefully 
because it could come back to bite win or lose because they could 
file a law suit against their own customers, that is not good 
business. There are a lot of people out there making attempts to 
educate the Microsoft masses of the tactics that Microsoft uses to 
hook their customers into staying with them instead of going to 
better products.
