Jonathon, do you expect Microsoft to take OOo users to court ? That *would*
be a circus !...

Microsoft is trying to get OOXML ratified as an ISO standard.

If it is ratified they presumably can't sue anyone who uses it or who provides facilities for others to use it.

If it isn't ratified, they are going to look really stupid if they try. Sour grapes anyone?
