You want to install all of the files in the RPMS folder. To do this:
rpm -ivh *.rpm as the administrator or super user (su). If you are 
updating use
rpm -Uvh *.rpm instead. Then enter  the desktop-integration subfolder. 
That is where you want to choose only the Mandriva desktop. That 
file's name is: openoffice.org-mandriva-menus-2.2-9119.noarch.rpm. So 
the command for installing the Mandriva desktop is
rpm -ivh openoffice.org-mandriva-menus-2.2-9119.noarch.rpm (also as 
administrator or super user).
