Fully agree. Perhaps when responding to questions/posts such as these
two links should be included as standard:

plus the comment that 'for sale' CD's are in fact very helpful to
thousands of users on dial-up and remote locations where internet access
is limited. Much of the world is still on dial-up or without access at
all. Further, many resellers also offer some form of support (albeit
limited in most cases) after the sale. So reselling can indeed be a good
thing. Unfortunately there will always be those that take advantage of
free 'not free as beer' software.
