The Help text for AutoComplete seemed to refer only to
autocompletion is dialogs.
Have you looked in Tools | AutoCorrect... | Word Completion? Is the
erroneous item listed there? If so, you can select the item in that
window and delete it. There are other settings there that may also be useful.
