I just installed OO-2.2.1 and used OO for 2+ years with regular updates
as each release was declared stable. It's a fantastic product and as a
semi-retired consultant, it has allowed me to replace all three of the other
major Office Suites I previously needed to maintain for compatibility with
various different client environments. I have been an "OO" member &
newsletter subscriber from it's first installation on my system and continue
recommending to everyone I know - personal & professional.

*My problem is a small one* - multiple directories & files seem to have
been leftover since my initial installs and subsequent updates. For
reference, a screen shot of OO directories is included with their associated
"modified dates" along with an attached file copy for your convenience.

*My Request:*
I am hesitant to execute "normal" Uninstalls and/or File deletes and hope
you may have an "OO Software Cleanup" utility or alternately, could you
identify the directories, files which I can safely remove & recommended
process.

Thank you for your attention and service.
Respectfully,

I encountered the same problem when I tried to upgrade OO, the installation
was going to create a new directory. My solution is to always uninstall the
old one before upgrading to the newer version. I don't like it, so
sometimes I just keep using an stable version for a long time and ignore
those minor updates. For your problem, I think maybe you can try to
uninstall all the versions in your PC via control panel and delete all
left-overs by hand. Then make a clean installation of the latest version.
Since each version occupies a different directory, uninstalling one version
probably will not greatly disturb others versions, but it's my guess only.

Best regards.
