Who are you replying to? Please bottom post and/or provide some
indication as to who/what you are replying to.

Now; you say that you have experienced this problem when using OOo
native format documents, but have *not* experienced this problem when
saving MSO type files (xls, doc, etc). If that is the case, then perhaps
you may have stumbled upon something significant. Can you reproduce this?

Note: I was never able to reproduce this problem in the Alister thread
(or elsewhere). I suspect that the common cause may be due to: 1)
Windows temp file cleaning activity, either by the OS or 3rd party
products, or 2) Windows system with the usual clutered disk and registry
issues. I've not yet experienced this on any of my Windows test or
customer systems. However they are kept exceptionally clean (virus,
disk, registry, etc., and the customer systems are used daily in a
rather heavy OOo and other application environment.

If you can *reproduce* your claim then this would be of significant help
in resolving the problem. Any change that you'd be willing to give it a
try to see if you can get it to occur?
