Any Linux distro has Scribus. My favorite Linux distro for new 
Windows converts is PCLinuxOS see the link below. I switched from 2 
other Flavors of Linux after 5 years to this flavor myself about 2 
months ago. You can also read the other web link for some other 
Linux Flavors that are user friendly to Windows converts and some 
that aren't although they are good distros.
