Have you tried saving your Spanish version under a different name by using
"Save As?" If you're in the same session, you should be able to modify it. I'm
not sure what would happen the next time you try to open it, however, since we
don't know what your settings are. Have you tried making it a MailMerge
document, with the various changeable info being in two records in a data file,
one in English and the other in Spanish? Once the merge is complete, you can
save/edit each document however you would like.

No - the read only option is off (unchecked). What this is is a flier for a
health screening van. Tour supposed to modify the date, time location field
to reflect when it will be in your area. Since we have a large hispanic
population I wanted to use both the English and Spanish version.

Thanks again, I'll look to see if there is any protection on the fields. When
I click the cursor to make a change it stays in the upper left corner of the
frame.
