I use Windows XP with Explorer 7.0 and AOL 9.0 SE version 4184.5365. I tried to update my OpenOffice to the 2.2 version but at the end of the installation I got this error message: Policy,1.0cli_cppuhelper,publicKeyToken="ce2cb7e279207b9e",version:"9.0.0.0.", culture="neutral"". Then it rolled back and said it was interrupted before it could finish. What is this error, and how can I fix it, please? Thank you.
