Perhaps you didn't see the 'cc' on my response? Having said that, she still hasn't subscribed and has replied to me off-list and still appears not to have understood the concept of a world of support.
I don't doubt that I could solve her problem with a little deductive reasoning, but there might be someone out there who has had a similar experience and could solve it more quickly. Once again I'm going to try to persuade her to subscribe for her benefit.
