[users] icons problems

Hi,
i use OpenOffice.org since 2003.
Now i've 2.2.1 version.
Suddenly, when i save my new files, they haven't the OOo classic icon and i 
don't now why.
So, when i need to open them, i have to choose (every time) OOo.
Can you help me please?

PS. if possible, can you answer in italian? However, english is the same.
