HTML "code" is the language web pages are written in.  It looks something like
this:
<html>
<head><title>Hello World</title></head>
<body>
<center>
Hello, World
</center>
</body>
</html>

I don't know what your website is asking you for, but I assume you have files
ending with extension .html that you made?  Open them up in a text editor
(NotePad will work fine) and copy and paste what's in them.
