Sorry, but I do not write German.
You probably do not need to reinstall Windows. You may be able to
remove the remains of the earlier installation of OpenOffice 1.1.5 using
Microsoft's Windows Installer CleanUp Utility. If you download and run
this, you should be able to use it to select OpenOffice 1.1.5 and then
remove whatever remains are preventing the newer version from installing
properly.
