Please try this:
Disconnect your computer completely from the internet.
Disable your firewall and antivirus (AV) software
Run the OO installer
Enable AV and firewall
Connect to the net - never connect to the net if AV and firewall are not
both running propery
AV and/or firewall software frequently considers that installer programs
are viruses and block them. This problem is not unique to OO.
If this fails, please come back here and we'll think again.
