I wasn't trying to pick a fight. My point was that, from what you said, it appears that Calc is actually doing a worse job than the oft maligned Excel. I'm no fan of MS, even though I use Windows all the time; in fact I think that the design of Windows is fundamentally flawed. But when it allows functionality that something like OO doesn't then I think appropriate credit, and blame, should be given.
