I just subscribed/downloaded. Microsoft Word Document Files on a CD are now designated 'read only' files. Before I signed up with you, my trial subscription had run out, but I could access and print the files. There was NO read only designation. Guess I was stupid to sign up on a weekend, but I hope someone is there to help. What I could find in your help files did not seem to apply. Thank you. Karlyn Carruthers
