Hello I have a question - perhaps you can help me.
I am using your open office program. I have Vista on my computer and I am using an HP photo colour printer. I also have a black and white lazer printer I use as well. I have no problems printing documents etc from the lazer printer. However, when I attempt to print documents from the colour printer, the open office program does not seem to be sending the information to the printer for anything that is coloured. Other programs I use work fine with the colour printer. Is there something that I should adjust within the open office program to recognize the colour printer. Some documents I have printed prints the black and white text, but leaves the pictures blank. Thanks for your time, it is greatly appreciated.
