This is easier than you think. Although the drop-down menu for font size shows values only up to 96 (point), you can type your own values into the box. You can do the same with the Size box on the Font tab in the Character or Paragraph Style dialogue boxes.
The maximum value you can set seems to be 999.9; I imagine that this will be large enough for your needs!
