Assuming you meant "encrypted transactions", then the answer is yes.
however, before implementing that feature, you'll have to clean up the
OOo codebase, then rewrite some/most of it to support transaction
encryption.

And that gets back to:
* What is reason for wanting encrypted transactions?
* Is this the most appropriate base for such a program?

As an RFE for OOo I like it. On a realistic level, I am not convinced
that the effort required for this feature justifies the cost of adding
it.

OOo can not correct for incompetence in creating documents from MSO.
