You seem to have the cart before the horse a bit. Lotus Organizer apparently uses a format called or4. A quick google search tells me that you will have to load the files into the original Lotus Organizer 4 program that they were created with, then export them to a standard format like ASCII text or something. OpenOffice will probably be able to load them after you have exported them, but there doesn't appear to be any readily-available program that will do the actual exporting other than Lotus Organizer 4 itself. Again, this is just from a few minutes of looking so I may be missing something but if I am, it's not obvious.
