I did not see a place to do this via the tracker. I apologize for

Towards the center of the page is a link labled "Advanced search".
It puts you to a search like I was looking for. But, my mouse
happened to be over towards the left and on the left, under search is
another "Advanced Search" which puts you to a search that is what I
was I looking for. I guess it is an advanced Site search.
My suggestion is to use different phrases for these two links.
"Advanced issue search" for the first or maybe "Advanced Site Search"
for the second or, ideally, both.
